Upcoming Exibits: Introduction
skin

As you can see from the menu, there's a lot in the works. Here is one show right around the bend we think you should know about:

Artist and curator Marcella Faustini recently asked the MVM to contribute a composition to a work she is preparing for Anne Colvin's Colony Room at New Langton Arts. Ever the obsessive overachievers, we composed a new work and then realized it was just one part of a much larger whole. The result is a single edition set of three thumb drives. Ten compositions make up the content across the drives, capturing The MVM's first intepretation of the Pentateuch.

We'll probably post these online eventually, but until San Francisco's Colony Room comes down, that's the only place you'll be able to hear them.

The Colony Room will be open at New Langton Arts Friday and Saturday from 6pm-11pm, September 26, 2008 through November 6, 2008.
